Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused and unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
How to Return an Item:
Email email@example.com and include your order number along with the reason for return.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ WRONG ITEM
If you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item.
After your return is received and approved, we will notify you of the return status. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original form of payment. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. It is solely the customer's responsibility to get the return shipment to us reliably and in good condition so we strongly recommend purchasing a tracked shipping service or insurance. If the package is damaged or lost, no refund will be issued.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All packages are shipped via USPS. For help tracking your lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking information which has been emailed to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been labeled delivered via tracking. For orders without tracking information, please contact us if you have not received you order after 7 days of the shipped date for U.S. orders. For international order, please allow for extra time for delivery. If you have not received it in 30 days, please contact us.
